Dubai Marina is the second-smallest area in Dubai with four square kilometers, as only Downtown (with a tiny two square kilometers of space—tiny compared to the rest of the glorious city!) is smaller. The district is built around a human-made three-kilometer-long harbor. The exact cost of the constructed project is still unknown—it hasn't been calculated so far.
